Guide to use our drafts

  1. The drafts will be word format, where you can copy the contents and paste it in your document and edit the same.
  2. Contents typed in blue colour are tentative in nature. It depends upon the facts and circumstances of the case. Where you have to correct the same with your contents….. remember to change the colour to black.
  3. Contents typed in Black colour are the formal contents which has to be part of any such petition.
  4. Last page of the draft Petition or any other draft will be always a “Docket”. In Docket, below and after the “Title”, there should be enough space for court to affix its SEAL and there should be space for either you and other side to endorse in the docket. Dockets need not include addresses of the parties.
  5. Be Aware of court procedure in filing these formats in court, such as where the Party and Advocate should sign and how much court fee should be affixed. It depends on your concerned state bar Civil Rules of Practice.
