The researchers may send abstract via google form, once the abstract approved, the researchers will get intimated by Email for submission of full research paper

Abstract Guidelines

1. The Abstract may be around 100 to 150 words and shall not exceed 150 words.
2. The abstract may be in Docs format or Word format or even in PDF format (To protect your idea)
3. The abstracts may be sent to us via google form
4. Intimation will be served via email on approval of the Abstrct

Certificate of publication

Once the abstract approved, Researchers will be directed to send the full Research paper via another google form. On receipt of such submission, the research work work will be published in our site after quick review.
After Publishing, a certificate of Publication will be sent to your mail ID without any processing fees.

No Registration fees or processing fees

Researchers can publish their work without paying any Registration fees or Processing fees

Can be related to contemporary legal issue from any field of law

The Research paper may be related to contemporary legal issue from any field of law, such a research paper should fall under the following category

  1. Long Articles (4000 to 6000 words excluding footnotes) – Research paper on any contemporary legal issue with proper analysis
  2. Essays / Short Articles ( 1500 words to 4000 words excluding footnotes) – Short Research paper on any contemporary legal issue with proper analysis.
  3. Case Notes / Legislative Comments (1500 to 2500 words excluding footnotes) – Comment a review or critic on any judgment, or Comment on existing legislation or comment on suggestion of new legislation

The Research papers which go beyond or below the word limits too admitted

Suggested topics:

  1. Suggestion of a new law (may be related to any field)
  2. Critics on any existing law
  3. Interpretation and analysis of a particular judgement or observation
  4. Compare provisions that conflict each other, for example “The Freedom of religion guaranteed under Article 25 to 28 go beyond the scope of the Freedom of speech and expression guaranteed under Article 19 (1) (a)”
